Today we will tell you how to use the state service for providing wheelchairs for disabled people. This can be done in two ways:
🔑Filling through the PSC:
📌Book your visit to the preferential window at the public service center and arrive 20 minutes before the appointed time;
📌Bring the following documents with you:
📎 Identity card;
📎For participants and disabled people of the Great Patriotic War and persons equated to them - copies of a certificate confirming the status of a participant and disabled person of the Second World War and a person equated to them;
📎Copy of an extract from the individual rehabilitation program;
📎If a person is incapacitated, then an official representative or a representative by proxy applies to the PSC.
🔑Decoration at home:
Leave a request for registration of services at home through the Single Contact Center 1414. After submitting the application, the PSC operator will contact you for additional information.
⏰Duration of the service:
10 working days, excluding the day of submission of documents.

As soon as an SMS message about readiness comes, you need to pick up a ready-made solution for issuing a stroller.
☝️Attention, a wheelchair based on the decision received at the PSC is issued by the Office of Employment and Social Programs.
