If you are a home owner, you have the opportunity to remove a citizen registered with you from permanent or temporary registration. There are two ways to do this: ⠀
⠀Through the portal Egov.kz:⠀
⠀Log in to the Egov portal.kz;⠀
- Search through the search engine for the service "De-registration at the place of residence of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan";⠀
- Request the service online;⠀
- Confirm the address data;⠀
- Select from the list of registered users the person you want to remove from registration;⠀
- Use the digital signature to sign the application;⠀
- The results of the service will be displayed in the personal account of the portal. ⠀
⠀If there are co-owners of housing-they must confirm your actions in your personal account; ⠀
⠀Via the PSC:⠀
- Book an online queue at the PSC, and come 20 minutes before the scheduled time;⠀
- Write an application for the service from the operator, specifying the IIN of the person being discharged;⠀
- After five minutes, the person will be removed from the registration. ⠀
