In November 2020, the office of the akim of the district, district departments and offices of akims of rural and urban districts received 54 appeals, 49 appeals were received from individuals, 5 appeals from legal entities.
Of the 49 appeals of individuals, the office of the district akim received 8. Of them, 1 on various issues, 4 on land, 2 on civil registration, and 1 on onomastics. Explanations were given for 7 appeals and 1 appeal was granted.
The office of the district akim received 3 appeals from legal entities. Of these, on the rural issue-2, other issues-1. 2 appeals were clarified, 1 appeal was satisfied.
In the offices of the akims of rural and urban districts, 41 written appeals of individuals were accepted and 176 certificates were issued. On registration of real estate-3, on various issues-6, road repairs-1, on drinking water-1, on land issues-26, housing and communal services-3, catching dogs-1. Of these, 35 appeals were satisfied, 6 appeals were clarified.
The office of the mayor of the city received and satisfied 2 requests from legal entities on various issues.
In November of this year, the district departments did not receive any requests from individuals and legal entities.
There were no citizens at the personal reception of the district akim.
