In October 2020, the office of the akim of the district, district departments and offices of akims of rural and urban districts received 55 appeals, 49 appeals from individuals, 6 appeals from legal entities.
Of the 55 appeals of individuals, 16 were received by the district akim's office. Of these, on various issues-4, on land-2, on the registration of civil status acts-4, road repairs-1, repair of courtyards of multi-storey buildings-1, housing - 2, business – 2. Explanations were given for 14 appeals and 2 appeals were satisfied.
The office of the district akim received 2 appeals from legal entities. Of these, on the land issue 1, other issues -1. 1 appeal was clarified, 1 appeal was satisfied.
In the offices of the akims of rural and urban districts, 25 written appeals of individuals were accepted and 174 certificates were issued. On property-5, on various issues-5, on roads-1, on drinking water-3, on land issues-11. 18 requests were satisfied, 7 requests were clarified.
The Office of the Mayor of the city received and satisfied 4 appeals from legal entities on various issues.
In October of this year, the district departments received 1 appeal from individuals and legal entities in the field of agriculture, 5-on social issues, 2 - on various issues. Explanations are given for all requests.
There were no citizens at the personal reception of the district akim.
