In December 2020, the office of the district akim, district departments and offices of the akims of rural and urban districts received 44 appeals, 30 appeals were received from individuals, 14 appeals from legal entities.
Of the 44 appeals of individuals, 7 were received by the district akim's office. Of these, on various issues – 3, on the registration of civil status acts-1, on housing and communal services-3. On 6 appeals, explanations were given and 1 appeal was granted.
The office of the district akim received 1 appeal and 5 requests from legal entities. Of these, 1 appeal on the land issue was clarified, 5 requests were satisfied.
In the offices of the akims of rural and urban districts, 23 written appeals of individuals were accepted and 185 certificates were issued. Of these, 7 were registered on non-movable property, 5 on various issues, 11 on land issues. 17 appeals were satisfied, 6 appeals were clarified.
The office of the mayor of the city received and satisfied 8 appeals from legal entities on various issues.
In December of this year, the district departments received 3 requests from individuals and 2 proposals from legal entities. Of these, 4 requests were clarified, and 1 request was satisfied.
