Укажите Enter the information about the organization and fill in the fields with the full and short name of the company in Kazakh, Russian and English.
Select the legal form and fill in the information about the founders of the organization;
Укажите Specify the legal address, contacts and code of the main type of economic activity and the number of people employed;
If you want to open an online account, you need to go through the third step by attaching the documents required by the portal;
The next step is to fill out an application for the conclusion of an insurance contract;
At the end of the entire procedure, sign the application using an EDS.
Внимание Attention:
✔ If you plan to open a bank account and sign an insurance contract yourself, do not check the box at the end of step 1 page.
If the founder of the organization is a third party, then when specifying the IIN, an application will be sent to his personal account, where it is necessary to give consent within 1 hour.

The second method – registration through the PSC:

Application for registration of legal entities;

In case of change of name of LLP, the founders and decreasing the amount of share capital required to re-register the documents through CSC. To do this, you will need the following documents:
Application (issued by the PSC operator);
Charter;
A published announcement in a printed publication about a change in the authorized capital with a publication period of no more than 1 month. (in case of reduction of the amount of the authorized capital);
