First - through the portal Еgov.kz: Авто
Log in to the portal and use the search for services to find "Issuing duplicate education documents", order the service online;
The first step is to fill in the data about yourself and the document for recovery;
Select an educational institution by clicking on the "add" button.»;
The second step is to sign the application using an EDS;
Check out the result of the service in your personal account.

To apply for this service online, you must be registered in the mobile citizens database.
Delivery time - 15 working days.
The second method of submitting documents is through the PSC:
To start, book an online queue at the PSC and come 20 minutes before the scheduled time to confirm your reservation and submit an application with the operator;
Required documents for application submission:
Birth certificate or identity card;
If the applicant is a minor, then the documents of the parents or legal representative.
Don't forget
Before you visit the PSC, you should know in advance the correct name of the educational institution, if renamed, then the new name, address and postal code.
In case of closure of the educational institution, documents will be requested from the local archive, which may affect the duration of the service.

The time of rendering the service without taking into account the day of submission of documents - 30 working days.
