On the approval of tourist contribution rates for foreigners in the Panfilovsky district
In accordance with paragraph 2-10 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 14, 2023 No. 181 "On approval of the Rules for paying the tourist fee for foreigners" Panfilov District Maslikhat
MADE A DECISION:
- Approve the rates of the tourist fee for foreigners in tourist accommodation from September 1 to December 31, 2023 inclusive in the amount of 0.5 monthly calculation index.
- To invalidate the decision of the Panfilov district Maslikhat dated May 26, 2023 for No. 8-5-87 "On approval of tourist contribution rates for foreigners in the Panfilov district" (Registered in the list of State registration of Normative legal Acts for No. 44-19)
- This decision is effective from September 1, 2023.
