Digitalization as an important direction in the provision of pension services
On December 20, 2022, all UAPF branches hosted an open doors day on the topic "Digital UAPF".
The digitalization of pension services is one of the important areas in the Fund's activities. Almost 93% of the total volume of services are provided remotely on the website or in the UAPF mobile application or in an automatic format.
The event was held in the same way as the previous ones, in an online format and its participants could, without leaving their homes or leaving their workplace, get acquainted with the current and in-demand opportunities of the “Personal Account” on the Fund’s website, in the BZhZK / UAPF mobile application and other services in instant messengers and social networks.
Those who attended the Open Doors Day were convinced that you need to take care of your future all the time and it does not take much time: a pension account is opened automatically upon receipt of the first installment, you can control the transfer of contributions by the employer on a monthly basis by requesting an extract in your personal pension saving account, an application for benefit on voluntary pension contributions is also submitted there, and the status of its implementation is monitored. You can start compiling your pension plan based on the calculations of the pension calculator, which, by the way, is constantly being improved. The Fund's specialists spoke about recent innovations. For example, now you can find out the forecast for a future pension in case of early withdrawal of pension savings for improving housing conditions or medical treatment.
In addition, responsible employees of the departments answered the questions of the participants and held individual consultations with those who wished.

The online meeting aroused great interest and, according to the participants, was useful and productive.
