The state institution "Office of Akim of Usharal rural district" of panfilovsky district carries out its activities in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the president and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as Annex 3 (rules) approved by the resolution of the akimat of Panfilovsky district dated September 15, 2016 No. 474. In accordance with the standard rules for conducting an internal analysis of corruption dependencies, approved by the Order of the chairman of the agency for Civil Service affairs and anti-corruption dated October 19, 2016, the internal analysis is carried out in the following areas
- identification of corruption dependencies in regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of the institution;
- identification of corruption dependencies in the organizational and managerial activities of the institution;
- identification of corruption dependencies in regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of the institution. The state institution "Office of Akim of Usharal rural district" of panfilovsky district carries out its activities in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the president and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as Annex 3 (rules) approved by the resolution of the akimat of Panfilovsky district dated September 15, 2016 No. 474. The total number of normative legal acts adopted by the Akim of usharal rural district in the II-III-IV quarters of 2021 is 123 of them - 71 orders, 52 decisions. 12 people were put on the waiting list of recipients of land plots for housing construction. The normative turnover of personnel in the region is justified at the level of no more than 9%, since April 01, 2021, specialists of the Akim's office have been working in their positions in the Office of the district Akim. Please note: do not allow frequent shifts of staff to work. In the II-III-IV quarters of 2021, the Office of the district Akim received 95 applications.
