On the establishment of a quota of jobs for the disabled.
In accordance with paragraph 6) of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On Employment of the population" and the order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 13, 2016 Year No. 498 "On approval of the Rules for the quota of jobs for the disabled" local executive bodies establish quotas
of jobs for the employment of disabled people without taking into account jobs in heavy work, with harmful, dangerous working conditions for organizations with a list number of employees:
1) from fifty to one hundred people – in the amount of two percent of the list
number of employees;
2) from one hundred and one to two hundred and fifty people – in the amount of three percent of the list number of employees;
3) over two hundred and fifty–one people - in the amount of four
percent of the list number of employees.
Disabled people also enjoy a preferential right when applying for social jobs and vocational training. The quota of jobs is the minimum number of jobs for hiring disabled people who do not have medical contraindications for employment, which the employer is obliged to employ, including the number of jobs where disabled people already work as a percentage of the number of jobs, excluding jobs in heavy
work, work with harmful, dangerous working conditions;
Employers fulfill the established quota for the employment of persons with disabilities, except in cases of liquidation of the employer – legal persons or termination of the activity of an individual employer, reduction in the number or staff of employees, reduction in the volume of production, the work performed and the services rendered, which caused the deterioration of the economic condition of the employer.
Amendments were made to the resolution of the akimat of the district dated April 8, 2022 of the year "On approval of the list of organizations and enterprises of the Panfilovsky district for employment of disabled persons under the quota for 2022" No. 121. The corresponding resolution of July 8, 2022 for No. 299 it was sent for execution to enterprises and organizations of the Panfilovsky district for the employment of disabled people according to the quota.
