INTRODUCTION
Based on the order of the state institution "Department of Internal Policy, Culture, Development of Languages and Sports of the Panfilov District" (hereinafter referred to as the Department) dated July 1, 2022 No. 22 - a, "On conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of a state institution, from July to December 31, 2021, an internal analysis of corruption risks was carried out. The internal analysis covers the period of work of the department for the II, III, IV quarter of 2021
As a result of the analysis, the department ensures the internal political stability of the region, the development of culture, languages, and the development of sports.
Identification of corruption risks in regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of the unit:
The department in its activities is mainly guided by the following legal acts:
Law No. 333-VI dated May 25, 2020 “On the procedure for organizing and holding peaceful assemblies, rallies, processions, pickets and demonstrations in the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
- Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 4, 2007 N 258 on state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 11, 2011 No. 483-IV "On religious services and religious associations".

2.1. On the line of personnel management, including personnel turnover.
According to the staffing table, the staffing of the Department is 5 units, there are no vacancies.
When conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks in the line of personnel management, it was not established.

When conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks, conflicts of interest in public procurement and the facts of joint service (work) of close relatives, spouses and in-laws, it was not established
2.3. Through the provision of public services.
The department provides the following public services:
Existence of grounds for refusing to provide public services.
- Sports ranks are assigned to athletes through the state service: 2nd rank, 3rd rank, 1st rank, 2nd rank, 3rd rank, 3rd rank;
- issuance of the following qualification categories: coach of the second category of the highest qualification, coach of the second category of the middle qualification, technician of the second category of the highest qualification, technician of the second category of the middle qualification, qualified sportsman, sports instructor of the highest category;
The grounds for refusal to provide public services are:
submission by the service recipient of an incomplete package of documents;
non-compliance of the submitted data and information necessary for the provision of public services with the requirements established by the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
in relation to the service recipient, there is a court decision (verdict) that has entered into legal force on the prohibition of activities or certain types of activities requiring the receipt of a certain public service;
in relation to the service recipient, there is a court decision that has entered into legal force, on the basis of which the service recipient is deprived of a special right related to the receipt of a public service.
There were no refusals in the provision of public services during the specified period.
2.4. Through the implementation of licensing functions.
There is no licensing function in the department.
2.5. Through the implementation of control functions.
The department does not exercise control functions.
2.6. Other issues arising from the organizational and management activities of the Department.
Methods and preventive measures used by the Department to combat corruption: publications in the media, gatherings with residents, distribution of leaflets to pet owners about the need to comply with legal requirements, posting information on information sites about ongoing activities, public services provided.
Recommendation: do not allow personnel changes. Control that close relatives, spouses do not work in the department.

- Strictly adhere to the requirements of legal acts that regulate the activities of the department;
- Make decisions on the provision of public services in strict accordance with the norms of the law;
- Within 2 months from the date of signing the analytical report based on the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks, monitor the implementation of recommendations.
