On the results of registration of candidates for akims of the Ulkenagash rural district
In accordance with Article 113-3 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, on June 6, 2022, by a resolution of the Panfilov District Territorial Election Commission, elections of the Ulkenagash rural district were announced due to the expiration of the akim’s term of office. Elections will take place on July 10, 2022.
Information on the appointment of elections, the formation of constituencies, the composition of election commissions, the boundaries of polling stations, the calendar plan of the main events for the preparation and conduct of elections are published in the district newspaper Zharkent Oniri and on the official website of the district akim.
In total, 2 precinct election commissions, 15 commission members are involved. The number of voters is 1761 people.
On June 11, the nomination of candidates for akims began. The promotion ends on June 24 at 18:00 local time. The right to nominate belongs to political parties, citizens through self-nomination, as well as akims of districts and cities in case of nomination of less than two candidates by the end date of the nomination period.
As of June 24, 4 candidates have put forward their candidacies by self-nomination. From the bottom 3 candidates are civil servants, 1 is a representative of a commercial organization.
Compliance of 4 candidates was established, of which 3 candidates meet the requirements of the legislation, 1 candidate does not comply.
Registration of candidates will last until 18.00 on June 29.

Also, the lists of voters, signed by the akim for each polling station, were handed over to the precinct election commissions under the act and presented to voters for review.
