On the early termination of the powers of a deputy
Panfilov district maslikhat
In accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 111-1 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 1) of paragraph 3 of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Panfilov District Electoral Commission DECIDES:
1. Prematurely terminate the powers of Dosmailov Kanat Nurkeshovich, a deputy of the Panfilov district maslikhat, in connection with his appointment as deputy akim of the Panfilov district.
2. Send this resolution to the Panfilov regional branch of the political party "AMANAT" to determine the next candidate from the candidates included in the party list.
3. Publish this resolution on the website of the Panfilov District Electoral Commission.
