Competition "Enbek Zholy"
The competition includes three nominations: "The best labor dynasty", "The best young worker of production", "The best mentor of working youth".
This competition determines the best labor dynasties and production workers in order to educate young people in the spirit of respect for work, preservation and enhancement of labor traditions. The competition helps to raise the status of a Labor Person in society and stimulate labor productivity under the auspices of the "Society of Universal Labor".
The competition is held in 2 stages: the selection of the winners of the "Enbek Zholy" competition at the regional level and at the republican level.
The Republican Commission will determine the winners in each nomination (first, second and third places).
All employees of enterprises (regardless of the industry), with the exception of civil servants, can participate in the competition.
• "The best labor dynasty" — the most numerous dynasty with the longest work experience, having the largest number of awards, is selected.
• "The best young production worker" — the most active and hardworking production worker with no more than 5 years of work experience is selected.
• "The best mentor of working youth" — the most highly effective mentor with at least 20 years of experience is selected.
We encourage both representatives of labor dynasties and initiative young workers, as well as their mentors, to take an active part in the competition.
