INTRODUCTION

The Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the region of Panfilov (hereinafter referred to as the Department) carries out its activities on the basis of the Regulations approved by the Resolution of the Akimat of the region of Panfilov (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations).
The mission of the Department according to the Regulations is the implementation of state policy in the field of regulation of land relations in the region of Panfilov, as well as ensuring sustainable economic and social development of the agro-industrial complex, the implementation of state control in the field of seed production in the region of Panfilov.
In accordance with the Rules of Internal Analysis of Corruption Risks approved by Order No. 12 of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption dated October 19, 2016, an internal analysis was conducted in the following areas.
1.1. The Department in its activities is mainly guided by the following legal acts:

During the analysis, corruption risks have not been identified.
3.1. In the line of personnel management, including the turnover of personnel.
According to the staffing table, the staffing of the Department is 6 units, there are no vacant units.
When conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks in the line of personnel management, it was not established.
There are no apartments on the balance sheet of the State Institution "Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the region of Panfilov".
3.2. In the line of conflict of interest settlement.
When conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks of a conflict of interest in the implementation of public procurement and the facts of joint service (work) of close relatives, spouses and relatives have not been established.
3.3. Through the provision of public services.
The Department provides the following public services:
1) Issuance of certificates for the right to drive tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, self-propelled agricultural, reclamation and road-building machines and mechanisms, as well as special cross-country vehicles;
2) Issuance of a registration document (duplicate) and a state license plate for tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, self-propelled agricultural, reclamation and road construction machines, as well as special cross-country vehicles;
3) State registration of the pledge of tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, trailers to them, including trailers with mounted special equipment, self-propelled, agricultural, reclamation and road-building machines and mechanisms, as well as special cross-country vehicles;
