For 12 months of 2020, 85 types of public services were provided through the state bodies of the Akimat of the Panfilov district.
The total number of public services rendered is 3,235. Of these:
services rendered by service providers (with the exception of those rendered through a state corporation) in paper form, total-755;
provided by the service providers (with the exception of those provided through a State Corporation) in paper form, but which could be provided through the web portal of "electronic government" and (or) a State corporation, in total-2066;
rendered in electronic form through the information systems of the service provider, total-17060;
rendered through a state corporation, total-7027;
rendered through the web portal of "electronic government" (PEP), in total-3716;
rendered through IS "e-licensing", in total-1611.
The number of refusals in the provision of public services, in total – 304, of which: the number of justified refusals – 304. There are no unjustified refusals.
Public services rendered in violation of the terms and complaints about the quality of the rendered state service is not registered.
The number of awareness-raising activities carried out to improve the quality of public services is 105, they cover a total of 1,582 people.

In the akimat of the district, the office of the akimats of rural districts and the city ofZharkent, schools, kindergartens, departments of education, employment and social programs, architecture and urban planning, land relations, agriculture, veterinary medicine, employment centers and medical institutions have self-service corners for receiving public services (TV, computer, printer, card reader, chair, chairs, etc.) through the web portal "Electronic Government". Through the corners of Zharkent and rural districts, a total of 8661 services were received (I quarter 921, II quarter 1514, III quarter 5292, II quarter 934).
On measures to improve the quality of public services.
According to the network schedule of training the population to receive electronic services through the web portal "Electronic Government", together with the staff of the district department of the PSC (Zharkent city and 13 rural districts), training seminars were held, 4390 people were covered (I quarter 497, II quarter 0, III quarter 0, IV quarter 3893).
In order to popularize public services among the population, 173 events were held and 13091 people were involved in explanatory work. Handouts were distributed to 13911 residents. The district newspaper "Zharkent Oniri" published 76 articles on the procedure for providing public services. In order to promote electronic public services, 31 billboards were posted in the district.
Public service fairs on the theme "Open State" were held 4 times and covered 615 people. In particular, 23 January 2020, 55 people participated in the village Supti, January 24 320 people in the town of Zharkent, 24 Jan 150 people in the town of Zharkent, 21 Feb 90 people in the village Solaki. The fair was attended by employees of the office of the akim of the Panfilov district, the office of the city of Zharkent and rural districts, institutions providing public services, the State Corporation "Government for Citizens".
In the office of the mayor of the city of Zharkent, Panfilov district, the project "Open Space"was implemented. The mayor of the city of Zharkent abandoned the standard office, moved to an office located on an open area, serves the population in the "Open space" mode.
The "Service Akimat" for Panfilov district opened in the building of the akimat of Zharkent on December 8, 2020.
