Consideration of Appeals of individuals and legal entities is carried out in practice in accordance with the procedure established by the law of the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 No. 221 "on the procedure for consideration of Appeals of individuals and legal entities", "Order of the prosecutor general of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 18, 2015 No. 147 "on approval of the rules for accounting of Appeals of individuals and legal entities" and other normative legal acts.
The Electronic Document Management System "Lotus Notus" was installed in the district in 2006. According to the" Electronic Document Management System", incoming documents, outgoing documents and appeals of individuals and legal entities are registered 100% electronically.

For 9 months of 2020, the district Akim's office received 434 written requests. Among them are:
161 applications from legal entities, 73-E-Government Portal, 54-social payment (42500 tenge), 22-Land, 2-agriculture, 3-Domestic Policy, 4-entrepreneurship, 1-Social Issue, 2-Veterinary Medicine, including 24 requests were satisfied and 132 requests were clarified.
273 applications from individuals, 56-on social payments (42500 tenge), 58-TSA, 30-housing and communal services, 3-Registry Office, 7-agriculture, 3-veterinary medicine, 5-architecture, 65-land issues, 4-Education, 5-entrepreneurship, 5-Construction, 10-roads, 18-social issues, 4-other, including 53 applications were satisfied and 216 applications were clarified.
The district Akim, his deputies and the chief of staff conduct a personal reception of citizens every Thursday from 16:00 to 18:30. This year, 126 citizens came to the personal reception, including 50-housing, 13-ASP, 18-social sphere, 13-housing and communal services, 2-agriculture, 3-entrepreneurship, 6-employment issues, 14-land, 6-other, 1-civil registry office, 8 applications were satisfied and 118 applications were clarified.
All appeals were clarified in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
