In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 17, 2001 "On state targeted social assistance", state targeted social assistance in a new format has been paid to 184 families or 1029 recipients in the amount of 74158.2 thousand tenge since the beginning of the year. The guaranteed social package was issued to 102 families with 107 children aged 1-3 years, 100 families with 117 children aged 3 to 6 years, and 132 families with 224 children aged 1 to 6 years. For the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the great Patriotic war 2 veterans by may 9, 2020 was provided one-time social assistance in the amount 2000,0 thousand tenge and assisted 8 widows of deceased participants in the great Patriotic war in the amount of 100,0 thousand tenge in the aggregate 800,0 thousand tenge. 16 victims of the Chernobyl disaster received one-time social assistance in the amount of 800.0 thousand tenge and one-time social assistance to 2 widows of deceased victims in the amount of 100.0 thousand tenge. 197 people who worked for at least six months from June 22, 1941 to may 9, 1945 and were not awarded orders and medals of the former USSR were also provided with one-time social assistance in the amount of 9850,0 thousand tenge.
51 children were provided with assistance in the amount of 1761.5 thousand tenge to compensate for the cost of home education for disabled children. 2 students received assistance in the amount of 350.0 thousand tenge to provide social assistance to full-time students in higher education organizations, technical and vocational education,post-secondary education.
In order to implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on social protection of disabled people", various events were held in the district. Since the beginning of the year, 38 people with disabilities have been provided with mandatory hygiene products, 28 people with wheelchairs, 10 people with tiflosredstvami, 12 people with Surdo-means , 27 people with prosthetic and orthopedic products, 58 people with sanatorium and resort vouchers.
Through "Bolashak" of the public Association "Kazakh society of the blind", 42 disabled people were provided with the services of 42 individual assistants in the amount of 11397.3 thousand tenge under the individual rehabilitation program.
In "Nurly Komek" LLP of The public Association society of disabled people "Salauat of Koksu district" 2 sign language specialists providing services to 13 disabled people were paid 1788.0 thousand tenge.
The society of disabled people "Invapomosch" carrying out transportation of 34 persons with disabilities in the district was paid 1788.0 thousand tenge.
35 children with disabilities receive social assistance from 8 social workers at home.
The Department of social assistance at home serves 70 single elderly and disabled people who need outside help, including: 6 disabled 1.2 groups, 64 pensioners living alone, who are provided with social services by 15 social workers .
On November 3, 2017, the decision of the Koksu district maslikhat No. 22-3 "on approving the Rules for providing social assistance, establishing the size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens of the Koksu district"was adopted. According to the decision, 5 persons released from prison and persons registered with the probation service were paid social assistance in the amount of 15 monthly calculation indicators in the amount of 206.5 thousand tenge.
