  1. According to this program, on January 29, 2020, the Department of public procurement of Almaty region announced a competition on the public procurement portal for the construction of a 60-apartment rental residential building in the village of Balpyk bi. According to the Protocol of results, the winner was determined by  «СП NEFT» LLP. On March 19, 2020, «СП NEFT» LLP signed contract No.19 for construction and installation work, for a total amount of 550 million 655 thousand 493 tenge. Construction and installation works started on April 8, 2020. The completion date is scheduled for November 2020.
  2. For the construction of engineering and communication networks and improvement of this house on March 10, 2020, the Office of the akim of the Koksu district announced a competition on the portal of public procurement. The deadline for accepting applications is scheduled for April 1, 2020. According to the Protocol of results, the winner was determined by «Монолит» LLP. On April 23, 2020, an agreement No. 24 was signed with «Монолит» LLP for the total amount of 75 million 688 thousand 397 tenge. Construction and installation work began on may 11, 2020.
  3. Also under this program for the construction of engineering and communication networks for individual housing construction (outdoor water supply) on January 29, 2020, the Department of procurement of the Almaty region announced a competition on the portal of public procurement. According to the Protocol of results, the winner was determined by «Данекер» LLP. On April 30, 2020, «Данекер» LLP signed contract No. 25 for construction and installation work for a total amount of 159 million 960 thousand 907 tenge. Construction and installation work began on may 20, 2020. The completion date is scheduled for August 2020.
  4. The development of design and estimate documentation was completed and a positive expert opinion was received №ЭЦКос-0008/20 from 10.02.2020 on the object: "Construction of a 20-apartment rental residential building in the village of Balpyk bi of the Koksu district of Almaty region" (Nusipova street). The estimated cost of the object was 247 million 288 thousand tenge, technical supervision-8 million 12 thousand tenge, author's supervision-2 million 770 thousand tenge. The total amount is 258 million 069 thousand 611 tenge. To date, letters and a budget request have been sent to allocate funds for construction and installation work.
  5. Developed and received a positive expert opinion №СП-0015/20 from 13.03.2020 design and estimate documentation for the construction of engineering and communication networks and landscaping of this house. The estimated cost of the object was 39 million 088 thousand tenge, technical supervision - 1 million 266 thousand tenge, author's supervision-437 thousand 786 tenge. The total amount is 40 million 792 thousand 233 tenge. To date, letters and a budget request have been sent to allocate funds for construction and installation work.
  6. In addition, according to this program, in 2018, the design and estimate documentation of the object was developed: "Construction of engineering and communication networks for individual housing construction" (external power supply). The project organization is «Геодезия сервис» LLP. On September 29, 2017, agreement No. 49 was signed for a total amount of 2 million 800 thousand tenge. Received positive expert opinions for the number ЭPRO-0361/18 from 30.11.2018. The estimated cost of the object was 110 million 719 thousand tenge, technical supervision-3 million 857 thousand 282 tenge, author's supervision-1 million 240 thousand 048 tenge. The total amount is 115 million 545 thousand 901 tenge. To date, letters and budget requests have been sent to allocate funds for construction and installation work.

At the same time, for the development of design and estimate documentation for the object: "Construction of 21 four-room rental residential buildings (10 houses with an area of 80 m2 each and 11 houses with an area of 100 m2 each) in the village of Balpyk bi of Koksu district of Almaty region" on April 12, 2019, a competition was announced on the portal of public procurement. According to the Protocol of results, the winner was determined by «АРС ЛТД» LLP. On June 5, 2019, contract No. 55 was signed with «АРС ЛТД» LLP for a total amount of 10 million 297 thousand 776 tenge (the delivery period under the contract is 12.7 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, with 13.5 months of expertise). 2 million tenge was allocated for 2019. To date, due to non-distribution of funds, work on the development of design and estimate documentation has been suspended.

Also for the development of design and estimate documentation for the object: "Construction of 20 apartment rental residential building in the village Balpyk bi village of Koksu district of Almaty region" (St myrzabekova) March 12, 2020 akim's Apparatus of Koksu area, a competition was announced on the public procurement portal. The winner was determined by «Ремстройпроект» LLP. On may 18, 2020, contract No. 29 was signed for the total amount of 7 million 912 thousand 764 tenge(delivery period under the contract is 8.5 months from the date of conclusion of the contract). 2 million tenge was allocated for 2020. To date, work has begun on the development of design and estimate documentation. A technical condition for water supply, gas supply, heat supply, telephony was obtained, and a Protocol for dosimetric control was obtained. Work is underway to produce a land management project.

To date, work has begun on the development of design and estimate documentation.

However, for the development of project-estimate documentation on the object: "Construction of 60 apartment rental residential building in the village Balpyk bi village of Koksu district of Almaty region" (street of Cables) to tender an application was submitted to the akim's Apparatus of Koksu area. The competition was announced on June 4, 2020. The amount of design and survey work is 12 million 80 thousand tenge. 2 million tenge was allocated for 2020. Currently, applications are being considered. A technical condition for water supply, gas supply, heat supply, telephony was obtained, and a Protocol for dosimetric control was obtained. Work is underway to produce a land management project.

 «According to the program development of territories»

  1. According to this program for the construction of the object: "Construction of a high school for 120 places with a mini center for 25 places in the village of Kyzyltogan in the Koksu district of Almaty region" on January 31, 2019, a competition was announced on the portal of public procurement. According to the Protocol of results, the winner was determined by «СП NEFT» LLP. On April 22, 2019, agreement No. 34 was signed with «СП NEFT» LLP for a total amount of 717 million 653 thousand 234 tenge. Construction and installation work began on may 6, 2019. In winter, due to weather conditions, construction and installation work was suspended from January 1, 2020 to March 14, 2020. An additional agreement was concluded. The notification from GASK was extended, and construction and installation work continued from March 15, 2020. Delivery of the object is scheduled for July 27, 2020.
  2. The development of design and estimate documentation for the project "Construction of the building of the State Corporation "Government for citizens" for 200 visits in the village of Balpyk bi of the Koksu district of Almaty region " was completed and a positive expert opinion was received no. ЭЦКос-0022/20 of 26.03.2020. The estimated cost of the object was 435 million 839 thousand tenge, technical supervision-14 million 121 thousand tenge, author's supervision-4 million 881 thousand tenge. The total amount is 454 million 842 thousand 030 tenge. To date, letters and a budget request have been sent to allocate funds for construction and installation work.

Along with this was the development of design-budget documentation and received positive expert report No. 18-0041/20 t 06.04.2020 year for the project: "Сonstruction of a secondary school for 120 seats with a center 25 seats in the village 10 years Kazakhstan, Koksu district, Almaty region." The estimated cost of the object was 1 billion 73 million 765 thousand tenge, technical supervision-31 million 461 thousand tenge, author's supervision-10 million 845 thousand tenge. The total amount is 1 billion 116 million 071 thousand 322 tenge. To date, letters and a budget request have been sent to allocate funds for construction and installation work.

Also for the development of design-estimate documentation on the object: "Construction of a secondary school for 120 seats with a center 25 seats in the village Almaty, Koksu district, Almaty region," April 12, 2019, a competition was announced on the public procurement portal. According to the Protocol of results, the winner was determined by «Научно-исследовательский институт типового и экспериментального проектирования (Институт жилища)» LLP. June 16, 2019 with «Научно-исследовательский институт типового и экспериментального проектирования (Институт жилища)» LLP contract No. 61 was concluded for a total amount of 36 million 123 thousand 840 tenge (the delivery period under the contract is 14.6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, with 17.1 months of expertise). 23 million 465 thousand tenge was spent on 24.06.2020. Project organization «НИИТЭП (Институт жилища)» LLP, which has drawn up a contract for subcontracting work with «АРС ЛТД» LLP, to date, 70% of the work has been completed.

The winner was determined «КАПРЕМПРОЕКТ» LLP. The amount of design and survey work is 41 million 339 thousand tenge. 36 million 531 thousand tenge was allocated for 2020. The competition is currently on appeal. A technical condition for water supply, gas supply, heat supply, telephony was obtained, and a Protocol for dosimetric control was obtained. Work is underway to produce a land management project.

Also, the Office of the Akim of the Koksu district announces a tender for the development of design estimates for the object "Construction of the building of the Akim of the Ainabulak rural district in the village of Ainabulak in the Koksu district of Almaty Region." The winner was determined «Стройтекст» LLP. On may 25, 2020, contract No. 31 was signed for the total amount of 7 million 717 thousand 773 tenge (the delivery period under the contract is 6.1 months from the date of conclusion of the contract). 5 million tenge was allocated for 2020. To date, work has begun on the development of design and estimate documentation . The act of selecting a land plot and the conclusion of the land Commission were received.

Along with this, for the development of project-estimate documentation on the object: "Construction of extension of canteen-the canteen to the building of the boarding school in the village Mambet Koksu district, Almaty region," March 12, 2020 akim's Apparatus of Koksu area, a competition was announced on the public procurement portal. The winner was determined «Стройтекст» LLP. On may 14, 2020, contract No. 30 was signed for a total amount of 6 million 808 thousand 210 tenge (the delivery period under the contract is 4.6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract). 9 million 307 thousand tenge was allocated for 2020. To date, work has begun on the development of design and estimate documentation.

Also, the Office of construction in Almaty region there are begun works on development of design-estimate documentation for a typical project of the object: "Construction of fire station 2 away in the village Balpyk bi village of Koksu district of Almaty region". The project organization is «Жетісу саулет құрылысы» LLP. To date, work is underway to produce a land management project.

 

According to the program «7-20-25»

         In 2019, construction of a 30-apartment residential building with an individual developer "Smart Taldykorgan" LLP was started in the village of Balpyk bi of the Koksu district. Currently, the construction work is fully completed, and landscaping is underway. A Memorandum was signed with Smart Taldykorgan LLP. It is planned that 15 apartments will be sold under this program.   Also in 2019, the construction of 10 rental residential buildings of  «Стройсервис ИНК» LLP on 14 street in the village of Balpyk bi was started. Currently, work is underway on landscaping and documentation. A memorandum was created and signed with «Стройсервис ИНК» LLP. It is planned that 5-7 houses will be sold through this program. The construction Department of the Koksu district informs the Department of housing and communal services and housing inspection of the Koksu district weekly on Thursday about the program" 7-20-25 " of the pool.
