About strengthening of quarantine measures in the territory of Almaty region
In accordance with the order Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan from February 25, 2015 № 130 "On approval of the List of infectious diseases, with the threat of origin and which distribution restrictive measures, including quarantine," and the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan from March 20, 2015, № 239 "On approval of Rules of implementation of restrictive actions, including quarantine, in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan», By resolution of the chief state sanitary doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 39 of June 6, 2020 "on amendments and additions to the resolution of the Chief state sanitary doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 37 of may 22, 2020", having considered the materials on the epidemiological situation of the incidence of coronavirus infection COVID-19 in the Republic of Kazakhstan, including on the territory of the Almaty region with an increase in the incidence of COVID-19 - 5.5%, I DECREE:
Continue the quarantine in the Almaty region, and introduce increased quarantine measures on the territory of districts and cities of the Almaty region with a poor epidemiological situation. The regime and terms of quarantine can be changed in accordance with changes in the situation of the spread of coronavirus infection "COVID-19".
Akims of Kapshagai city and ili district should ensure the operation of mobile posts on the road leading to recreation areas on the coast of Kapshagai reservoir in Kapshagai and Zhetygen rural district of ili district.
The mayor of Kapshagai city should restrict the operation of public catering facilities with a reduction of up to 30 seats and a working schedule until 23: 00 hours, limit the opening time of SPA centers, saunas, and baths to 21:00 hours.
The mayor of Taldykorgan city continues the following restrictions:
1) suspension of parks and swimming pools;
2) turning off fountains;
3) limiting the opening hours of food and non-food markets to 15: 00 hours;
4) limiting the opening hours of shopping centers to 17: 00 hours;
5) limiting the working hours of public catering facilities to 23: 00 hours;
Akims of districts and cities, rural districts, the police Department and other involved services of the Almaty region should provide:
5.1 Resumption of passenger transport within the country by all modes of transport, public transport operation without restrictions in compliance with the algorithms in accordance with annexes 12 and 15 to the resolution of the chief state sanitary doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 37 of may 22, 2020.
5.2 Activities of state bodies( organizations), national campaigns, and other offices in compliance with social distance and enhanced sanitary and disinfection regime in accordance with Annex 23 to the resolution of the chief state sanitary doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 37 of may 22, 2020. At the same time, at least 80% of employees remain on the remote form of work (with a staff schedule of more than 30 employees).
5.3 Prohibition of entertainment, mass events, family and memorial events, as well as sports events in closed premises;
5.4 Prohibition of activities of cinemas, theaters, exhibitions, and other objects with a mass gathering of people;
5.5 Ban on audio, photo and video shooting in health care organizations, ambulances, in premises designated by local Executive bodies for quarantine, as well as when providing medical care at home by medical workers, conducting epidemiological investigations in the hearth, conducting interviews and questionnaires of patients and contacts.
5.6 Prohibition on the use of hookahs in catering facilities.
5.7 Monitoring of compliance with the enhanced sanitary and disinfection regime, requirements of the anti-epidemic regime and conducting random inspections of objects by mobile groups under the akimats.
5.8 Laboratory examination on COVID-19 by PCR method of young replenishment upon arrival in military units;

5.11 conducting awareness-raising activities to prevent the spread of COVID-19 among the population.
5.12 Organizing the work of banks, post offices, public service centers, by appointment, with an electronic queue and other measures to prevent the accumulation of population and observe a social distance of at least 2 meters;
5.13 Permission for air travel, rail and road passenger transport to / from other regions of the country with mandatory compliance with the enhanced sanitary and disinfection regime and additional requirements established by the current regulations of the chief state sanitary doctor for transport;
5.14 Distance learning of educational organizations, including all types of knowledge assessment.
The Department of tourism of Almaty region, the Department of quality control and safety of goods and services of Almaty region to ensure the creation of mobile groups and monitoring the readiness of tourism facilities, including recreation areas (bases, houses), tourist bases, national parks, Spa facilities, with an explanation of the requirements for the reception of vacationers (tourists) in accordance with the 41k decree of the chief state sanitary doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 37 dated may 22, 2020.
Residents of Almaty region:
7.1 free movement (movement) within and outside the area is Allowed.
7.2 in closed premises and on the street, including in shopping facilities, public places, public transport stops and other places of mass congestion, observe a social distance of at least two meters from each other.

Governors of districts and cities in the region, police Department of the region, Department of entrepreneurship and industrial-innovative development of Almaty region and "Atameken" area to provide for the suspension of activities:
8.1 Cinemas, exhibitions, Internet and computer clubs, gambling establishments.
8.2 catering Facilities with more than 50 seats, except for the organization of online orders and delivery, according to Annex 19 to the resolution of the chief state sanitary doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 37 dated may 22, 2020.

Governors of districts and cities of the oblast, Department of entrepreneurship and industrial-innovative development of Almaty region and "Atameken" region to ensure the approval of compliance with the strengthened sanitary-disinfection mode:
9.1 Industrial, manufacturing enterprises, construction firms (developers), the organization strengthened sanitary-disinfection mode according to Annex 26 to the decision of the chief state sanitary doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 37 of 22 may 2020.
9.2 Health organizations (centers), regardless of forms of ownership, in compliance with zoning and enhanced sanitary disinfection regime in accordance with Annex 4 to the resolution of the chief state sanitary doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 37 of 22 may 2020
