The nomination of candidates for akims of rural districts in the Kerbulak district of Almaty region has begun
In accordance with Article 113-3 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", elections of mayors of rural districts will be held on July 25, 2021.
The election campaign will be held in 4 districts of the Kerbulak district of Almaty region: Bashi, Zholaman, Kyzylzhar and Saryozek. On June 25, 2021, the territorial election commission of the district scheduled the elections of akims of 4 rural districts for July 25, 2021. Resolutions on the appointment, on the formation of electoral districts, the calendar plan of the main events for the preparation and conduct of elections are posted on the website of the akim of the district and will be published in the district newspaper "Kerbulak Zhuldyz".
In total, 1 territorial and 17 precinct election commissions, 118 members of election commissions are involved, the number of voters in 4 districts is more than 15 thousand people.
Since June 26, 2021, the nomination of candidates for akims has begun, the right to nominate belongs to political parties, citizens, by self-nomination, as well as to the akim of the district if less than two candidates have been nominated on the day of the end of the nomination.
As of June 30, 2021, 2 candidates have been nominated, both of them are self-nominated.
The nomination of candidates for deputies will last until July 9, 2021.
