The road situation is one of the most important problems that has not lost, it’s significance since ancient times. Among the important issues of the mayor of the Kerbulak district is the road issue, which was resolved in 2020. 2000 meters of the access road to the village of Taldybulak have been completely repaired. Currently, the access road is given for the use of residents and guests of the districts.
In 2020, the current repair of the rural House of Culture of Taldybulak rural district of Kerbulak district of Almaty region was carried out. The floor of the concert hall was completely replaced, the electric lighting system was put in place for the benefit of the people. The House of Culture has been functioning since 1985, in 2013 it was completely renovated and the technical base was replenished.
In 2020, in the village of Taldybulak, Taldybulak rural district, Kerbulak district, Almaty region, conducted a major renovation of the preschool mini-center of the secondary school named after Y. Altynsarina according to the program “Auylym Altyn besigim”. This school has been operating since 1963, and repairs were carried out in 2000. Currently, the school has expanded its technical base.
