In accordance with paragraph 2 of article 8, paragraph 1 of article 11 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003, the Karatal district maslikhat DECIDED:
- Approve the project (scheme) of land zoning of the Karatal district in accordance with Annex 1 to this decision.
- Approve borders of estimated zones and correction coefficients to basic rates of payment for land plots of the city of Ushtobe of the Karatal district according to Appendix 2 to this decision.
- control over the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the permanent Commission of the Karatal district maslikhat "on planning, budget, economic activity, construction, land use, nature protection and rational use of natural resources".
4. This decision shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
