In accordance with subparagraph 4-2) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local State administration and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Articles 8, 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 12, 2004 "On Regulation of Trade Activities", paragraph 50-1 of the Rules of Internal Trade, approved by the order of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 27, 2015 No. 264 " On Approval of the rules of Internal Trade "(registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 11148), akimat of Karatal district DECIDES:
Make the following change to the Resolution of the Akimat of the Karatal district of July 27, 2017 No. 267 "On Approval of the locations of non-stationary commercial objects in the Karatal district" :
1) to set out the annex to the said resolution in a new version in accordance with the annex to this resolution;
State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship of the Karatal district" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of Justice of the Almaty region;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Karatal district after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after the state registration of this resolution, submit to the legal and state-legal department of the office of the akim of the Karatal district information on the implementation of the measures provided for in sub-paragraphs 1) and 2) of this paragraph.
Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the Deputy akim of the Karatal district Zh.Tasybaeva.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
