On amendments to the decision of the Karatal district maslikhat from 27 December 2019 № 65-234 «On the budget of the Karatal district for 2020-2022»

In accordance with paragraph 5 of article 104 and paragraph 4 of article 106 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 4 December 2008, subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 23 January 2001 «On local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan», Karatal district maslikhat DECIDED:

  1. Make the following changes to the decision of the Karatal district maslikhat "on the budget of the Karatal district for 2020-2022" dated 27 December 2019 № 65-234 (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts № 5379, published on 13 January 2020 in the Reference control Bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan):

paragraph 1 of the said decision should be reworded:

«1. Approve the district budget for 2020-2022 according to appendices 1, 2, 3 to this decision, respectively, including for 2020 in the following volumes:

1) income 9 992 376 thousand tenge, including:

tax receipts 571 123 thousand tenge;

non-tax receipts 8,076 thousand tenge;

proceeds from sale of fixed assets 7,732 thousand tenge;

income transfers 9 405 445 thousand tenge, including:

target current transfers 4 883 655 thousand tenge;

target transfers for development 839 785 thousand tenge;

subventions 3 909 777 thousand tenge;

2) expenses 12 265 530 thousand tenge;

3) net budget lending 34,937 thousand tenge, including:

budget loans 55671 thousand tenge;

repayment of budget loans 20 734 thousand tenge;

4) balance on operations with financial assets 0 tenge;

5) budget deficit (surplus) ( - ) 2,308,091 thousand tenge;

6) financing of the budget deficit (using the surplus) 2,308,091 thousand tenge».

  1. Annex 1 to the said decision shall be redrafted in accordance with the Annex to this decision.
  2. 3. Control over the implementation of this decision is assigned to the permanent Commission of the Karatal district maslikhat "on planning, budget, economic activities, construction, land use, nature protection and rational use of natural resources».
  3. 4. This decision will be effective from 1 January 2020.
