On the approval of the boundaries of assessment zones and correction
coefficients to the base rates for taxation purposes on land plots within the settlement of the village of Karabulak, Eskeldinsky district
In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 8, paragraph 1 of Article 11 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paragraph 6 of Article 529 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2017 "On Taxes and other mandatory payments to the Budget (Tax Code)" and Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" Eskeldinsky district maslikhat DECIDED:
To approve the boundaries of the assessment zones of the village of Karabulak, Eskeldinsky district in accordance with Annex No. 1 to this decision.
To approve the correction coefficients to the base rates for taxation purposes on land plots within the settlement according to Annex No. 2 to this decision.
Control over the execution of this decision should be entrusted to the deputy akim of the district E. Akhmetov.
This decision shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force on January 1, 2021.
