On amending the decision of the Eskeldinsky district maslikhat
dated January 9, 2020 No. 61-352 "On budgets of rural districts of Eskeldinsky district for 2020-2022"
In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 106 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, subparagraph 1) Paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Eskeldinsky District Maslikhat DECIDED:
To make the following changes to the decision of the Eskeldinsky district Maslikhat No. 61-352 dated January 9, 2020 "On budgets of rural districts of the Eskeldinsky district for 2020-2022" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 5414, published on February 03, 2020 in the reference control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan):
points 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 the said decision should be stated in a new edition:
"1. To approve the budget of the Aldabergenovsky rural District for 2020-2022 according to Annexes 1, 2, 3 to this decision, respectively, including for 2020 in the following volumes:
income 84,716 thousand tenge, including:
tax receipts 13 494 thousand tenge;
receipt of transfers 71,222 thousand tenge, including:
target current transfers 52,298 thousand tenge;
subventions 18,924 thousand tenge;
2) costs 87,905 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending 0 tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets 0 tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) (-) 3,189 thousand tenge;
6) financing of the deficit (using the surplus) of the budget of 3,189 thousand tenge.";
"2. To approve the budget of the Akynsarinsky rural District for 2020-2022 in accordance with Annexes 4, 5, 6 to this decision, respectively, including for 2020 in the following volumes:
1) income of 57,754 thousand tenge, including:
tax receipts 2,891 thousand tenge;
receipt of transfers 54,863 thousand tenge, including:
target current transfers 36,700 thousand tenge;
subventions 18,163 thousand tenge;
2) costs 59 144 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending 0 tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets 0 tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) (-) 1,390 thousand tenge;
6) financing of the deficit (using the surplus) of the budget of 1,390 thousand tenge.";
"3. To approve the budget of the Baktybai rural District for 2020-2022 in accordance with Annexes 7, 8, 9 to this decision, respectively, including for 2020 in the following volumes:
1) income 90 103 thousand tenge, including:
tax receipts 29,092 thousand tenge;
receipt of transfers 61,011 thousand tenge, including:
target current transfers 49,524 thousand tenge;
subventions 11,487 thousand tenge;
2) costs 100,721 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending 0 tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets 0 tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) (-) 10,618 thousand tenge;

"4. To approve the budget of the Karabulak rural District for 2020-2022 in accordance with Annexes 10, 11, 12 to this decision, respectively, including for 2020 in the following volumes:
1) income of 215,054 thousand tenge, including:
tax receipts 85 549 thousand tenge;
receipt of transfers 129 505 thousand tenge, including:
target current transfers 129 505 thousand tenge;
subventions 0 tenge;
2) costs 225 601 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending 0 tenge;

"5. To approve the budget of the Karatal rural District for 2020-2022 in accordance with Annexes 13, 14, 15 to this decision, respectively, including for 2020 in the following volumes:
1) income of 35,482 thousand tenge, including:
tax receipts 5,255 thousand tenge;
receipt of transfers 30,227 thousand tenge, including:
target current transfers 10,077 thousand tenge;
subventions 20 150 thousand tenge;
2) costs 37 282 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending 0 tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets 0 tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) (-) 1 800 thousand tenge;

"6. To approve the budget of the Tulengut rural District for 2020-2022 according to annexes 16, 17, 18 to this decision, respectively, including for 2020 in the following volumes:
1) income of 79 500 thousand tenge, including:
tax receipts 6,347 thousand tenge;
receipt of transfers 73,153 thousand tenge, including:
target current transfers 56 121 thousand tenge;
subventions 17,032 thousand tenge;
2) costs 81,247 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending 0 tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets 0 tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) (-) 1,747 thousand tenge;

"7. To approve the budget of the Syrymbet rural District for 2020-2022 in accordance with Annexes 19, 20, 21 to this decision, respectively, including for 2020 in the following volumes:
1) income of 69,971 thousand tenge, including:
tax receipts 5,158 thousand tenge;
receipt of transfers 64,813 thousand tenge, including:
target current transfers 46 689 thousand tenge;

"8. To approve the budget of the Kaynarli rural District for 2020-2022 in accordance with annexes 22, 23, 24 to this decision, respectively, including for 2020 in the following volumes:

receipt of transfers 21,763 thousand tenge, including:
target current transfers 4,216 thousand tenge;

receipt of transfers 53,839 thousand tenge, including:
target current transfers 34,068 thousand tenge;
subventions 19,771 thousand tenge;

"10. To approve the budget of the Kokzhazyk rural District for 2020-2022 according to annexes 28, 29, 30 to this decision, respectively, including for 2020 in the following volumes:
1) income of 59,013 thousand tenge, including:
tax receipts 3,660 thousand tenge;
receipt of transfers 55,353 thousand tenge, including:
target current transfers 35,623 thousand tenge;
subventions 19,730 thousand tenge;
2) costs 59,013 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending 0 tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets 0 tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) (-) 0 tenge;

"11. To approve the budget of the Zhalgyzagash rural District for 2020-2022 according to annexes 31, 32, 33 to this decision, respectively, including for 2020 in the following volumes:
1) income of 24,750 thousand tenge, including:
tax receipts 2 365 thousand tenge;
receipt of transfers 22,385 thousand tenge, including:
target current transfers 2,946 thousand tenge;
subventions 19,439 thousand tenge;
2) costs 24 750 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending 0 tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets 0 tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) (-) 0 tenge;
6) financing the deficit (using the surplus) of the budget of 0 tenge.".
Applications 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25, 28, 31 to state the said decision in a new version according to the annexes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 to the present decision accordingly.
3. To assign control over the execution of this decision to the permanent commission of the Eskeldinsky district Maslikhat "On issues of economy, finance, budget and compliance with the rule of law".
4. This decision shall enter into force on January 1, 2020.
