Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in his Message to the People of Kazakhstan noted that the common task for all of us is the implementation of the concept of a "hearing state", which promptly and effectively considers all constructive appeals of citizens.
Public dialogue, openness, prompt response to people's needs are the main priorities of the activities of state bodies.
In this regard, in order to implement this concept, at the initiative of the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs in the Almaty region, within the framework of the project "QYZMET LIVE", the Department of Land Relations of the Eskeldinsky district for the provision of public services conducted a live broadcast on September 10, 2020 according to the approved schedule. In order to promote integrity, humanism, honesty and morality, national values, the formation of an anti-corruption culture, improving the legal literacy of the population, public activity towards the eradication of corruption among members of the district "information, propaganda headquarters", the population, a live broadcast was held online on October 28, 2020.
In accordance with the register of public services approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2013 No. 983, the Department of Land Relations of the Eskeldinsky district provides 16 types of public services:
Approval of the cadastral (estimated) value of specific land plots sold by the state to private ownership
2. approval of land management projects for the formation of land plots
3. determination of the divisibility and indivisibility of land plots
Approval and issuance of the project of reclamation of disturbed lands
Issuance of a decision to change the purpose of the land plot
6. issuance of a permit for the use of land plots for survey work
7. issuance of a permit for the transfer of agricultural land from one type to another
8. acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (contests, auctions)
9. sale of a land plot to private ownership with immediate payment or in installments
10. queuing for obtaining a land plot
11. conclusion of land purchase and sale agreements
12. conclusion of land lease agreements

The public services provided are provided both in electronic form and in paper form through the integrated information system "E-licensing" and the Public Service Center (AIS PSC).
The State Institution "land relations of the Eskeldinsky district" provided a state service for 10 months of 2020:
"Approval of land management projects for the formation of land plots" - 459 services;
"Conclusion of land purchase and sale agreements" - 29 services ;
"Conclusion of land lease agreements" - 27 services;
"Queuing for a land plot" -27 services
"Issuance of a permit for the transfer of agricultural land from one type to another" – 2 services

For the purpose of accessibility and awareness of the population on the provision of public services, stands with visual information (standards, sample applications, etc.) are placed in a public institution. On the official website of Akim Eskelda in the section "Public services" there are standards, regulations of public services, the procedure of appeal, contact information.
There are no complaints about the provision of public services and the deadlines for the provision of public services have not been violated.
The department is constantly working on anti-corruption issues.
