On amendments to the decision of the akim of the Eskeldinsky district
dated December 19, 2018 No. 30 "On the formation of polling stations for voting and counting in the Eskeldinsky district"
In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 23 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 2 of Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the akim of Eskeldinsky district DECIDED:
To make the following changes to the decision of the Akim of the Eskeldinsky district "On the formation of polling stations for voting and counting in the Eskeldinsky district" dated December 19, 2018 No. 30 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 4980, published on January 14, 2019 in the reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan):
the annex to the said decision should be set out in a new version in accordance with the annex to this decision.
Control over the execution of this decision should be entrusted to the head of the office of the akim of the district, Bolat Tolymbekovich Tulakbayev.
3. This decision shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
