On amendments to the decision of Eskeldinsky
District Maslikhat No. 60-349 dated December 27 , 2019
"On the budget of the Eskeldinsky district for 2020-2022"
In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 106 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, subparagraph 1) Paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Eskeldinsky District Maslikhat DECIDED:
To make the following changes to the decision of the Eskeldinsky district Maslikhat "On the budget of the Eskeldinsky district for 2020-2022" dated December 27, 2019 No. 60-349 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 5381, published on January 16, 2020 in the reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan):
paragraph 1 of the said decision should be stated in a new version:
"1. To approve the district budget for 2020-2022 in accordance with Annexes 1, 2 and 3 to this decision, respectively, including for 2020 in the following volumes:
1) income of 13,189,740 thousand tenge, including:
tax receipts 707,847 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts 83,138 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital 27,600 thousand tenge;
transfer receipts of KZT 12,371,155 thousand, including:
target current transfers 6,346,038 thousand tenge;
targeted transfers for the development of 1,295,109 thousand tenge;
subventions 4,730,008 thousand tenge;
2) costs 15,246,172 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending of 189,878 thousand tenge, including: budget loans 244 686 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans 54,808 thousand tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets 0 tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) (-) 2,246,310 thousand tenge;
6) financing of the deficit (using the surplus) of the budget 2,246,310 thousand tenge.".
Annex 1 to the said decision should be set out in a new version in accordance with the annex to this decision.
Control over the execution of this decision should be entrusted to the permanent commission of the Eskeldinsky district Maslikhat "On issues of economy, finance, budget and compliance with the rule of law".
This decision will enter into force on January 1, 2020.
