About the formation of polling stations for voting and counting of votes in the Eskeldinsky district
In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 23 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 2 of Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the akim of Eskeldinsky district DECIDED:
1. To conduct voting and counting of votes, form polling stations in the Eskeldinsky district in accordance with the annex to this decision.
2. To invalidate the decision of the Akim of the Eskeldinsky district No. 30 dated December 19, 2018 "On the formation of polling stations for voting and counting in the Eskeldinsky district" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 4980, published on January 14, 2019 in the reference control bank of regulatory legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
3. To assign control over the execution of this decision to the head of the district akim's office, Bolat Tolymbekovich Tulakbayev.
4. This decision shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
