The procedure and amount of social support for the payment of utilities and the purchase of fuel at the expense of budgetary funds to specialists of state organizations of health, social security, education, culture, sports and veterinary medicine living and working in rural settlements of the Eskeldinsky district
Chapter 1. General provisions
Social support for the payment of utilities and the purchase of fuel at the expense of budgetary funds (hereinafter referred to as social support) is provided to specialists of state organizations of healthcare, social security, education, culture, sports and veterinary medicine living and working in rural settlements of the Eskeldinsky district (hereinafter referred to as specialists).
The appointment of social support is carried out by the authorized body – the state institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Eskeldinsky district".
Chapter 2. The procedure for providing social support
Social support is provided in an undeclared manner, on the basis of lists approved by the akims of rural districts for the provision of state organizations of health, social security, education, culture, sports and veterinary medicine.
Payment of social support is made through second-tier banks, with which, in accordance with the procedure established by law, an agreement has been concluded for crediting amounts to the personal accounts of specialists, on the basis of statements submitted by the authorized body.
Chapter 3. The amount of social support
Social support for specialists is provided once a year at the expense of budgetary funds in the amount of 5 (five) monthly calculation indices.
Chapter 4. Grounds for termination and return of social support provided
6. Social support is terminated in the following cases:
1) death of the recipient;
2) departure of the recipient for permanent residence outside the Eskeldinsky district.
The payment of social support is terminated from the month of the occurrence of these circumstances.
Overpaid amounts are subject to refund in a voluntary or other manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
