On the approval of the zoning coefficient, taking into account
location of the taxable object in the Eskeldinsky district
In accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 529 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2017 "On taxes and other mandatory payments to the Budget (Tax Code)" and Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Akimat of the district DECIDES:
1.To approve the zoning coefficient, taking into account the location of the taxable object in the settlements of the Eskeldinsky district in accordance with the annex to this resolution..
To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the deputy akim of the district Akhmetov E.
This resolution comes into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and comes into force on January 1, 2021.
