Annotation of the regional coat of arms (coat of arms) of Zhetysu region

The regional emblem (coat of arms) of the Zhetysu region is located within the circle. Based on the blue and gold color of the national flag, it symbolizes the cloudless clear sky, the commitment of the people of the region to the path of unity and solidarity. Blue is perceived as a symbol of peace and goodness, and yellow as a symbol of wealth and prosperity.
One of the main symbols is shanyrak, the foundation of the state is the image of the family. It is the upper part of the yurt, symbolizing the native land, freedom, homeland for nomadic Turks. It symbolizes the prosperity, spiritual wealth and face of the people of the region, who live in peace under one roof. On two uyk-shaped elements of shanyrak, the inscription "Zhetysu region" is written in gold.
In the center of the regional emblem (coat of arms) is a mountain. The length of the semirechye Alatau is 450 km, the width is 100-250 km. The height is 4622 meters. The coat of arms depicts glaciers that do not melt forever.
Since the Zhetysu region is located in the south-east of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the first dawn shines from the Holy region to the whole country. The sun's Rays are shown spreading from the other side of the mountain.
In the center – the symbol of the city of Taldykorgan "Zhetysu monument" and the symbol of the Great Silk Road – the street caravan (camels).
Waves of water, yellow and blue lines on it – represent seven rivers in the Semirechye region, the territory of lakes Balkhash and Alakol.
The image of tauteks on both sides of the regional emblem (coat of arms) is a historical and cultural heritage of the region, which reflects the unique nature of the Semirechye region. Petroglyphs are derived from their decoration in stone.
Since Zhetysu is an agricultural region with a garden and grain crops, the image of green plants and blossoming flowers is shown.
The circle is covered with a Kazakh ornament of ram horns, the true meaning of which is Infinity.
The elements described in the emblem (coat of arms) find artistic harmony and form a meaningful and aesthetic composition.
