Today, on October 7, Taldykorgan hosted a regional meeting of the expert Club "Sarap" on the topic "new political era of the country's development". The organizer of the event is Nao "Kazakhstan Institute of social development" with the support of the Ministry of Information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The meeting was attended by the head of the Department of social development of Zhetysu region Bolat Kerimbek, Lecturer-Lecturer of the Higher School of law and economics of Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov, professional mediator Bakhyt Chingaeva, head of the Zhetysu regional NGO "Assembly zhastary", member of the National kurultai under the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan Rufina Usanova, as well as representatives of state bodies, political scientists, public figures, active youth of Taldykorgan and experts of the CPDI.
The regional meeting was held in the format of an open dialogue. The participants discussed the upcoming reforms and shared their views on various aspects of the high-quality implementation of the President's initiatives.
The event was moderated by Eldos Zhumagulov, an expert of the Kazakhstan Institute of Social Development. In his speech, he noted that 2022 was a year full of turning events in the history of Kazakhstan.
"This time the address of the head of state was aimed at solving the socio-economic problems of the country. Specific tasks were set to further improve the system of healthcare, education and Social Security. All this should contribute to the successful development of political and economic life in Kazakhstan."
In addition, the expert of the CPDI also spoke about the upcoming presidential elections, which will be held on November 20 this year.
"What society expects is fair elections. The nomination of candidates has begun. But it is necessary to take into account the need for financial, social and intellectual potential to participate in the elections. Popularity is also necessary. The candidate must have a clear program. This election will be a new election in the era of the so-called "Just Kazakhstan".
The meeting was opened by the head of the Department of social development of Zhetysu region Bolat Kerimbek.
"At a time when the situation in the world is complicated and security issues are not on the agenda, the unity of the people and peace of the country are important. The constitutional reforms of the president opened the way to democratization of state power," Bolat Kerimbek said.
The expert of the CPDI Serikkazy Kakybalanov also spoke about the current tense international situation. In his opinion, in this situation, it is necessary to adhere to the principle of coolness in the domestic policy of our country.
"Every citizen should understand how important the peace of the country is. From this point of view, all the issues voiced in the address of the head of state are very relevant. In particular, the upcoming presidential elections can become the basis for our stability at this stage. Let's not forget that the creation of a just Kazakhstan is in our hands. On September 23, the nomination of presidential candidates began in the country. Among the proposed candidates, it is necessary to consider a person with experience and political weight," the speaker said.
The participants noted that the ongoing changes have received wide social support from citizens, as well as new opportunities for participation in the socio-political life of the country.
In addition, the speakers discussed how the upcoming presidential elections will affect the country's political system. In general, experts believe that it is possible to limit the powers of the president of Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to one term for 7 years
he agreed that the presidents put forward the need for timely resolution of strategic national issues.
"We can conclude that the main reforms have created new opportunities for progressive, democratic development of Kazakhstan.
