Rules
General provisions
1.1.the Department of communication practice and monitoring of social networks (hereinafter referred to as the department) is a structural unit of the Department of public development (hereinafter referred to as the Department).
1.2. In its activities, the department is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the constitutional laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "on the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on civil service"," on Combating Corruption"," on local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan"," on mass media"," on TV and radio broadcasting"," on advertising"," administrative procedural code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, It is guided by normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the president and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, resolutions of the regional akimat and orders of the regional Akim, orders of the head of the Department, regulations of the department, as well as this regulation. The regulations on the department, its duties, scope and rights of activity, and duties performed among employees are approved by the head of the Department.
1.3.the main task of the Department is to implement a unified state policy in the field of public development within its competence in accordance with the strategic tasks of the Department.
1.4.the position of the Department, its goals, rights, and distribution of responsibilities among the Department's employees are approved by the head of the Department.
Department structure and organization
The structure of the department includes the head of the department, one chief specialist, who are administrative civil servants, and their recruitment and release is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Head of the Department:
organizes and directs the work of the Department;
provides creative and professional work of the Department's specialists;
develops plans of the Department for the long - term and transition period, monitors their implementation;
organizes interaction with local government agencies on issues falling within the competence of the Department (hereinafter referred to as the position).
Main functions of the Department
3.1.the Department organizes and coordinates the activities of state bodies with regional mass media. Provides interaction of journalists with professional organizations to cover the activities of state bodies in the mass media.
3.2.formation of social activity of the population of the region within the framework of improving the State Information Policy.
Rights and obligations of the Department
4.1.specialists of the Department, depending on their official duties, monitor compliance with the requirements of legislation and regulatory legal acts.
4.2.in order to implement the main tasks of the Department, it collects the necessary information from local executive bodies, other organizations and institutions.
4.3.participates in meetings and meetings on internal policy issues, makes proposals.
4.4.ensuring awareness and clarification in the region of the main priorities of the development strategy of Kazakhstan until 2050, annual messages of the president to the people of Kazakhstan, state and sectoral programs and other strategic documents.
4.5.ensuring the effective implementation of the State Information Policy in the region, including methodological support for the activities of mass media on the execution of State Information orders and coordination of their activities, monitoring the activities of mass media of the Republic of Kazakhstan on compliance with legislation.
4.6.Organization of information and explanatory work on the activities of local executive bodies in socio-economic, socio-political and other spheres, development of proposals for improving work in this direction.
4.7.participation in the development of conceptual documents, preparation of draft acts of the Akim of the region on issues falling within the competence of the Department.

5.1.the Department implements and implements plans for the implementation of its functions and tasks.
5.2.performs official duties assigned in accordance with the job descriptions.

Final provisions
6.1.liquidation and reorganization of the Department is carried out by the head of the Department.
6.2.additional additions and amendments to the regulations may be made and approved by the head of the Department.
