The Department of Internal Policy of the Almaty region carries out its activities in accordance with the regulations on the state institution "Department of Internal Policy of the Almaty Region", approved by the resolution of the Akim of the region No. 413 dated November 10, 2020 "On Amendments to the resolution of the Akimat of the Almaty region No. 365 dated July 08, 2016 "On Approval of the Regulations of the State Institution" Department of Internal Policy of the Almaty Region".
In accordance with the Rules of Internal Analysis of corruption risks approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 19, 2016 No. 12, an internal analysis was conducted in the following areas:
1) identification of corruption risks in regulatory legal acts affecting the division's activities;
2) identification of corruption risks in the organizational and managerial activities of the division.

2. Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of projects under the state social order:
In accordance with paragraph 8 of the Rules for forming, monitoring the implementation and evaluation of the results of the state social order, approved by Order No. 18 of the Minister of Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 15, 2018: monitoring the implementation of the state social order is carried out by state bodies and includes the collection, processing and analysis of information provided by non-governmental organizations in order to take timely, high-quality measures to ensuring the effective implementation of social projects and (or) social programs.
In accordance with paragraph 15 of the Rules: Evaluation of the results of the state social order is carried out immediately after the end of the social project and (or) social program before signing the act of rendered services.
According to paragraph 17 of the Rules: The assessment is carried out by expert councils established under State bodies from among representatives of civil society.
When selecting candidates for members of the expert Council, the state body is based on the principles of transparency and voluntary participation in the work of the expert council.
Members of the expert Council carry out their activities on a voluntary basis.

3. Monitoring of publicых procurement:
