In accordance with paragraph 2 of article 9 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Alakol district maslikhat DECIDED:
Approve the district budget for 2021-2023 in accordance with appendices 1, 2 and 3 to this decision, respectively, including for 2021 in the following amounts:
1) revenues of 7,446,017 thousand tenge, including:
tax revenues of 2,855,864 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts 22,989 thousand tenge;
proceeds from sale of fixed capital 35,220 thousand tenge;
income transfers 4 531 944 thousand tenge, including:
target current transfers 1 885 345 thousand tenge;
targeted transfers for development 1 500 603 thousand tenge;
subventions 1 145 996 thousand tenge;
2) costs 446 7 017 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending 68,401 thousand tenge, including:
budget loans 83 520 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans 15 119 thousand tenge;
4) balance on operations with financial assets 0 thousand tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) ( -) 68,401 thousand tenge;
6) financing of the budget deficit (using the surplus)
68,401 thousand tenge.
Provide in the district budget for 2021 the amount of budget subventions transferred from the district budget to the budgets of the city of district significance, village, rural districts, in the amount of 807,403 thousand tenge, including:

3. take into Account that the district budget for 2021 provides for targeted current transfers to the budgets of the city of district significance, rural districts, including:
implementation of measures to address issues of settlement development in the implementation of measures to promote the economic development of regions within the framework of the regional development Program until 2025;
The distribution of these transfers to the budgets of the city of district significance and rural districts is determined on the basis of the decree of the akimat of the Alakol district.
4. Approve the reserve of the local Executive body of the district for 2021 in the amount of 61,708 thousand tenge.
5. control over the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the permanent Commission of the Alakol district maslikhat "on Deputy representation, budget, economy, law enforcement, legal protection and communication with public organizations".
6. This decision is effective from January 1, 2021.
