In accordance with subparagraph 1) of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 20, 2017 "on pastures", the Alakol district maslikhat DECIDED:
1..to Approve the Plan for pasture management and use in the Alakol district for 2020 - 2021 in accordance with the Annex to this decision.
2. control over the implementation of this decision should be assigned to the permanent Commission of the Alakol district maslikhat "on the development of agriculture, ecology, transport and communications, industrial and innovative energy infrastructure, housing and communal services".
3. This decision shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
