In accordance with paragraph 5 of article 109 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Alakol district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To make restauracyjnego district's maslikhat "About the budget of Alakol district in 2020-2022 years" from December 27, 2019 No. 62-2 (zaregistrirovana of the state Register of normativnih pravovih acts No. 5395, published January 15 in the year 2020 reference control Bank of normativnih pravovih acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) following changes:
item 1 of the specified decision to state in the new edition:
"1. To approve the district's budget for the years 2020-2022, according to the annexes 1, 2 and 3 to this decision respectively, including for 2020 in the following amounts:
1) income 18 947 228 thousand tenge, including:
tax revenues 722 2 583 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts 11,592 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital 32,899 thousand tenge; transfer
receipts 16,180,154 thousand tenge, including:
target current transfers 6,796,317 thousand tenge;
target transfers on development 3 477 556 thousand tenge;
subventions 5 906 281 thousand tenge;
2) costs 22 132 176 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending of 54,480 thousand tenge, including:
budget loans of 73,292 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans 18,812 thousand tenge;
4) balance on operations with financial assets 0 tenge;
5) the deficit (surplus) budget(-) 3 239 428 thousand tenge;
6) financing the deficit (using the surplus) of the budget 3,239,428 thousand tenge.".
2. Annex 1 to the said decision should be set out in a new version in accordance with the Annex to this decision.
3. control over the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the permanent Commission of the Alakol district maslikhat "on Deputy representation, budget, economy, law enforcement, legal protection and communication with public organizations".
4. This decision is effective from January 1, 2020.
