In accordance with paragraph 2 of article 8 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 20 June 2003, subparagraph 15) of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 23 January 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Alakol district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To approve the attached project (schematic) zoning of land settlements Alakol district.
2. control over the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Alakol district maslikhat "on Deputy powers, budget, economy, law enforcement, legal protection and relations with public organizations";
3. This decision shall enter into force 10 calendar days after its first official publication.
