In accordance with articles 504,505,506 and paragraph 1 of article 510 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget" (Tax Code)" dated December 25, 2017, subparagraph 15) and paragraph 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Alakol district maslikhat DECIDED:
1.On the basis of projects (schemes) zoning of the land conducted in accordance with the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, increase of the land tax to Alakol district 50 (fifty) percent of the base rates of the land tax;
2.Control over execution of the present decision to entrust the permanent Commission of Alakol district maslikhat "on a Deputy's powers, budget, economy, respect for law, order and public organizations" ;
3.The present decision is entered into force from 1 January 2021.
