In accordance with article 503 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2017 "on taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget (Tax code)" and subparagraph 13 of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Alakol district maslikhat resolved:
1.Increase the basic tax rates on agricultural land not used in accordance with the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Alakol district by 10 (ten) times in accordance with paragraph 5 of article 509 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan " on taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget ( Tax code)»;
2. control over the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the permanent Commission of the Alakol district maslikhat "on Deputy powers, budget, economy, compliance with the rule of law, law and order and relations with public organizations» ;
3. This decision shall enter into force on January 1, 2021.
