Determine the amount and procedure for providing housing assistance in the Alakol district in accordance with the Annex to this decision.
Recognize as invalid the decision of the Alakol district maslikhat" on determining the amount and procedure for providing housing assistance to low-income families (citizens) of the Alakol district "dated April 29, 2016 No. 3-5 (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 3855, published on June 28, 2016 in the information and legal system"Adilet").
Control over the implementation of this decision is assigned to the permanent Commission of the city maslikhat "on Deputy representation, budget, economy, law enforcement, legal protection and communication with public organizations".
This decision shall enter into force on the day of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force on the day of its first official publication.
