In accordance with paragraph 1 of article 23 of the constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "on elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", articles 33, 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the district akim DECIDED:
To make the decision of akim of Alakol district from June 01, 2020 n 18 "About the polling stations for voting and counting to Alakol district" (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 5534, published 05 June 2020 in the reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following changes and additions:
item 1 of the specified decision to state in the new edition:
"1. in order to conduct voting and count votes in the Alakolsky district, in agreement with the territorial election Commission, form polling stations in accordance with the Annex to this decision.".
in the Annex to the said decision, paragraph 26 should be redrafted:
"26. Polling station No. 69.
Center: Dostyk village, T. Ryskulov street # 11, municipal state institution "Dostyk secondary school with preschool minicenter" of the state institution " Department of education of the Alakol district.
Within the borders: the territory of the village of Dostyk, Abay street, Abylaykhan, Zh. Organ, R. Koshkarbaev, Kabanbai, T. Ryskulov, alibaeva, Railway, station Koktuma, Zhalanashkol.".

"54. Polling station No. 1049:
Center: the village of Dostyk, Zhansugurov street No. 5, municipal state institution "secondary school No. 11 of the village of Dostyk with preschool mini center" public institution "Department of education of Alakol district.
Within the borders: the territory of the village of Dostyk, B. Momyshuly, Beibitshilik, Bakirova streets, military town, D. Konaeva, Dostyk, A. Moldagulova, I. Dzhansugurova, Kasabaya, D. Rakishev, S. Seifullin, sh. Kudaiberdyuly, M. makataeva.".
control over the execution of this decision is assigned to the Deputy akim of the district Kanagatov D. O.
This decision comes into force from the date of state registration with the justice authorities and is put into effect ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
