In accordance with paragraph 1 of article 23 of the constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "on elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 2 of article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the district akim DECIDED:
To conduct voting and count votes, form polling stations in the Alakolsky district in accordance with the Annex to this decision.
Recognize as invalid the decision of the akim of the Alakolsky district" on the formation of polling stations for voting and counting in the Alakolsky district " dated December 5, 2018 No. 17 (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 4948, published on December 25, 2018 in the reference control Bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
Control over the implementation of this decision is assigned to the Deputy akim of the district Kanagatov D. O.
This decision shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
