In accordance with paragraph 4 of article 106 of The budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Alakol district maslikhat DECIDED:
Make the following changes to the decision of the Alakol district maslikhat "On the budget of the Alakol district for 2020-2022" dated December 27, 2019 No. 62-2 (registered in the register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 5395, published on January 15, 2020 in the reference control Bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan):
paragraph 1 of the said decision should be amended as follows:
"1. Approve the district budget for 2020-2022 according to appendices 1, 2 and 3 to this decision, respectively, including for 2020 in the following amounts:
1) income 18 948 078 thousand tenge, including:
tax revenues 722 2 583 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts 11,592 thousand tenge;
proceeds from sale of fixed capital 32,899 thousand tenge;
transfer receipts 16,181,004 thousand tenge, including:
target current transfers 6 797 167 thousand tenge;
target transfers on development 3 477 556 thousand tenge;
subventions 5 906 281 thousand tenge;
2) costs 22 133 026 tenge;
3) net budget lending of 54,480 thousand tenge, including:
budget loans 73 292 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans 18,812 thousand tenge;
4) balance on operations with financial assets 0 tenge;
5) the deficit (surplus) budget(-) 3 239 428 thousand tenge;
6) financing of the budget deficit (using the surplus) 3,239,428 thousand tenge.".
Annex 1 to the said decision should be amended in accordance with the Annex to this decision.
3.Control over the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the permanent Commission of the Alakol district maslikhat "On Deputy representation, budget, economy, law enforcement, legal protection and communication with public organizations".
