In accordance with article 27 Of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On legal acts", the akimat of Alakol district DECIDES:
Recognize the following resolutions of the akimat of the Alakol district as invalid:
1) "On the establishment of a quota of jobs in the Alakol district for underage graduates of residential organizations» dated October 29, 2012 No. 10-376 (registered in the register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 2194, published on December 8, 2012 in the newspaper "Alakol" No. 47);
2) "On approval of the state educational order for preschool education and training, the amount of parental fees for the Alakol District" dated July 01, 2019 No. 184 (registered in the register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 5197, published on July 05, 2020 in the reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
Control over the implementation of this resolution should be assigned to the head of the state institution "Office of the akim of the Alakol district" Satybaldiev D. S.
This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
