In accordance with paragraph 6 of article 529 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2017 "on taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget (Tax code)", article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the akimat of Alakol district DECIDES:
Approve the zoning coefficient taking into account the location of the object of taxation in the Alakol district in accordance with the Annex to this resolution.
Control over the implementation of this resolution is assigned to the Deputy akim of the district Kanagatov D. O.
This resolution shall enter into force on the day of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force on January 1 of the year following the year of its approval.
